‘My Support’ offers bilingual assistance for daily life issues and questions, as well as ESL support for English questions and translations. Examples of how we can help are listed to the right. No question is too small! JFS USA uses e-mail, phone and/or Zoom to assist. Contact Us to request support.
「マイサポート」では、日常生活での問題や質問、またESLに関する英語の質問や翻訳などについて解決のお手伝いをバイリンガルで致します。右側に例がございます。どんな小さな質問でもお尋ねください！JFS USAではご質問の内容により、はEメール、電話/Zoomでアシスト致します。サポートの依頼や質問など Contact Us からお気軽にお問い合わせ下さい。
‘My Support’ consultation is free. You may e-mail or call. If JFS USA staff is able to help, assistance time is calculated at just $0.60 per minute, which includes research, translation, phone and/or e-mail assistance, etc. If the assistance is resolved easily and quickly during the consultation, there may not be a charge.
「マイサポート」のご相談は無料です。Eメールかお電話でお問い合わせください。JFS USAが依頼を受けた場合、依頼を解決するために必要なリサーチや翻訳、電話やEメールなどの時間を含め１分毎に$0.60の料金をいただきます。「マイサポート」の相談中、簡単ですぐに解決できる依頼については無料となる場合があります。
Michigan residents may come to our Novi office. If you need one of our staff to assist you at a location outside of the office, there is a 1-hour minimum charge. Depending on your location, there may be a gas charge.
ミシガンにお住まいの方はノバイ市にあるオフィスにお立ち寄りいただけます。外出が必要なノバイ市周辺での依頼の場合、最低１時間からご利用いただけます。エリアによってはガソリン代を請求する場合があります。
‘My Support’ is billed by e-mail when the request is finished. Payment may be made by credit card online for your convenience, check by mail, or cash in our office.
「マイサポート」での依頼が完了した場合、Eメールにて請求をさせていただきます。お支払い方法は便利なクレジットカード（オンラインにて）、小切手もしくはオフィスにて現金払いでご利用いただけます。
